General
Enso ehf. reserves the right to cancel orders, to change prices and to change product types being sold, without notice. Orders can be confirmed by phone.

Product delivery
All orders are processed the next working day. If the product is not available or on stock, a service representative will be in contact with you and announce an estimated delivery time. If the product is shipped outside Iceland, the Purchaser is responsible for customs and duties.

If freight is arranged by or is on the account of the Purchaser, Insurance is to be arranged and is full responsibility of the Purchaser.

On all Printer and Hardware Purchases
Manufacturer's warranties apply to parts only.

Consumables are not covered by warranty.

Enso ehf passes on the warranty from the oringinal manufacturers. In some situations, manufacturers provide no spare parts warranties or limited warranties. In this case Enso does not provide any warranty.

Use of inks not authorized or endorsed by Enso voids the warranty on the ink delivery system and the print heads.

Some manufacturers do not provide international warranty coverage. Therefore some products may be required to be returned to Enso for warranty repair. All shipping costs both ways are the responsibility of the Purchaser.

All international warranty or repairs, the cost of shipping and insurance for both the directions are at the purchaser's expense.

All freight forwarding fees, duties, insurance, taxes, and government impositions are the responsibility of the purchaser.

Cancellation right / right to return and refund
The buyer has 30 days to cancel a purchase, as long as he has not used the product and the product is returned in unopened packages and in good order. If the product was in sealed packages, the seal must not be broken. The cancellation period starts at the date of purchase. The invoice for the product has to be included in the return. Refund is made in full if the above conditions are met and after the product has been returned. Delivery charges are not refunded. Please contact enso@enso.is for questions.

Please notice that the price on the internet can change without notice.

Privacy policy
The seller holds all information from the buyer in relation to the purchase as confidential. Under no circumstances will information be handed to a third party.

Venue
This Agreement shall be governed by the laws of Iceland with any actions or proceedings associated with the Agreement to be conducted and to be under the jurisdiction of Héraðsdómur Reykjavíkur
